Collective Action: World's Biggest Ever Lobby and letters of support to children out of school around the world.

The focus of Action Week 2004 was on the 100 million children missing an education and the focus activity was children lobbying their leaders to increase resources for education to ensure that no more children miss out on the right to go to school.

In the U.S., leading up to Action Week, students learned about the challenges young people in poor nations face just to enroll and stay in school. Students wrote letters of solidarity for the over 100 million children worldwide who are currently unable to go to school.
