Jessica Alba hanging out in the lobby of the Georgetown Ritz-Carlton Tuesday night and kindly letting fans take pictures with her (which must get so old!). Black top, black pants, hair pulled back. The pinup/actress was back in town for the education-for-all-kids campaign she’s promoting in conjunction with the 2010 World Cup; did a news conference Wednesday with N.Y. Rep. Nita Lowey to promote a bill to that end that the congresswoman is sponsoring.
